It started with the purchase of a new coffee maker which required
movement of things on the kitchen counter top, which revealed hidden
dirt, which necessitated the cleaning thereof, which lead inevitably to
the cleaning of the tile, which became an almost ritualistic caressing
of the flowers, after which I stopped and lingered over...... "Hand
