The easiest way to calculate how
many tiles you will need for the area you want to install the tile is to
follow these easy steps:
- Determine the square feet by
measuring the area to be tiled. Height x Width= Square Footage.
- Decide what size of tile you wish to
use. Visit tile shops or home improvement stores to get an idea what's
available.
- Refer to the table below, find your
tile size to see how many tiles you will need per square foot.
- In order to get the total amount of
tiles you will need, multiply the number you got from step #3 by your
total square footage.
